Fox instrument purchasers are entitled to a complete servicing of their Fox or Renard instrument within one year of purchase, with the customer's cost to be limited to parts and shipping charges. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

The Charles Double Reed Company limited warranty covers routine maintenance due to normal wear of a new Fox instrument purchased from us.

All necessary repairs and routine maintenance due to normal wear of the instrument. These services include pad adjustment and mechanism adjustments.

The warranty does not cover instruments which have been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair by other repair shops. Cases, lacquer finishes and plating are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of this instrument for one year from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
